tolerance / anti-discrimination projects / LSBTI*Q
We want to prepare (and of course carry out) projects/workshops etc. on tolerance towards LSBTI*Q/homosexuality/transsexuality.
Students interested in this topic and in the aims plan and
conduct projects to enhance the tolerance and to raise awareness for the problems many people still have to face.
Other aspects that can be included are gender roles in relation to jobs or also historical/political developments in relation to (sexual) discrimination.
We aim for a cooperation between three to four schools.
Preparations take place online and face-to-face.
Partners/schools should be interested in a vivid exchange online and face-to-face.
Partners/schools should be willing to either host meetings between students or to visit the hosting school. In both cases, partners/schools have to be willing to help organizing the meetings beforehand.
The chosen dates are not set, of course.

Hello. I'm a Classical Languages teacher and Coordinator of Equality between women and men in IES Al Ándalus in Almería (Spain). Our students are between 12 and 18 years old and they study English and French, unfortunately they don't study German. We are experienced in eTwinning (our project "Myth'arts: Myths in art and literature" won the European eTwinning price 2021) and in Erasmus+ (currently we are working on two KA229, "Sport as metaphore of life" and "Gender violence prevention begins with us"). And we are and Erasmus+ 2022-2027 accredited school.
