It was well planned and organised, outcomes of this course fitted our project goals and all the knowledge and gained experience was easily implemented in my work.

The course gave me a great insight in students way of learning - especially for those who have special needs. With the help of art - which I was not used to at the beginning - you can reach many children where at least they feel all „the same“ and integrated.

We have had problems because our teacher was ill and the organisation didn't do too much in order to attend us. Our teacher did her best to teach us the course but do it in that way is not proper. The contents of the course are well, but the organisation must improve a bit.

Cursul a fost bazat pe experienta personală în domeniul incluziunii școlare. Am participat la sesiuni de formare bine structurate, cu folosirea metodelor interactive, s-a lucrat în perechi, în echipe. Mi-am imbunățățit abilitățile de comunicare,și cunoștințele privind metodele de incluziune,creativitatea privind abillitatile de a lucra cu copiii cu ces, manag stresului,valorile culturale, am aflat informații despre sistemul de învățământ din Spania.

The course i took was focusid on the comunication skills including pedagogical metodhs and techniques to increase motivation and participation. I ganed the skills to deal witch cultural difference in the classroom and cultural diversity.

The instructor had no expereince working in the school system, therefore most of the course was not relevant or feasible in the school. It was very theoratical. It would have been nice to see a school from inside.

Kursus "Me kõik oleme erilised klassiruumis sees ja väljas" oli suurepärane koolitus oma spetsiifilistele erialastele teadmistele lisaks laiapõhjalist kaasaegset maailmakäsitlust saada. Kursus oli loogiliselt ülesehitatud, pidevalt küsiti ja saadi tagasisidet ning arvestati osalejate soovide-arvamustega. Valdavalt peeti ajakinnist, aga vastavalt meie soovidele muudeti teemade järjekorda või rõhuasteusi. Materjal oli väga hästi visualiseeritud ja õpetamine vahelust erinevate meetoditega. Oli igati haarav ja kasulik koolitus. Kursuse pakkuja arvestas kõikide osalejatega ja lõi võimalused paremaks omavaheliseks tutvumiseks ja suhtlemiseks. Eneseanalüüsiga seotud ülesanded võimaldasid mõelda oma eripäradele praeguses töökeskkonnas, hinnata ennast ja vaadata tulevikku. Kursuse pakkuja tundis pidevalt huvi, mida me oleme Barcelonas juba näinud ja teinud ning andis häid soovitusi + tutvustas kohalikku kultuuri. Suurepärane oli saada 2 ekskursioonile tasuta piletid.

I have attended the one-week course “We are all Special”: Inclusion and Support to Special Needs Students in and out of the Classroom. The course was well led and structured. Our trainer Mrs. Marta Mandolini offered us a rich set of practical ideas to apply in our pedagogical practice. The classes alternated in a balanced way theoretical and practical part. Many useful audiovisual materials on the course topic have been presented and at the same time I was able to share my own pedagogical experience with colleagues from Hungary, Chech Republic and Slovakia - it was the great value of the course held. The training loaded me with many new ideas and practical subtleties to apply in my school work with some of the most vulnerable students - those with special needs. The course provider Europass Teacher Academy secured us for training sessions with excellent working conditions, in addition to the provided working materials, we felt absolutely protected due to the strict observance of hygienic measures against Coronavirus. The course provider offered us guided tours in Barcelona, and the guide was one of our teachers. His passionate and informative talk was in perfect harmony with the presented cultural and historical sites.

I have attended the 30-hour Teacher Training course"We are all special"-Inclusion and support to special need students in and out of the classroom" held in Barcelona from the 10th to the 14th of August 2020. The teacher trainer Marta Mandolini was very positive,helpful and experienced. I am very satisfied with the course, the trainer and and course provider. Europass Teacher Academy gave me an awesome opportunity to get new knowledge and feel more confident in my job working with special needs students,their classmates and families.It broadened my horizon and charged me with lots of positive energy to share what I have learnt and experienced with my colleagues in order to make schools a better place for everyone,BECAUSE WE ARE ALL SPECIAL.
