Course Description
This course has been created for teachers who want to foster a more dynamic, creative environment in the classroom to encourage and stimulate students' interest in learning.
Teachers will have the opportunity to learn 'by doing' through a range of activities and experiences aimed toward promoting higher student self-esteem, greater cohesion and involvement among teachers, students and their families, providing strategies in discouraging early school-leaving and favoring a more meaningful school experience.
Participants will explore and experiment with cooperative learning, team building, mentoring and alternative forms of expression which can be adapted to their classroom to keep their students interested, engaged and motivated. Teachers will also learn how to recognize and intervene in early signs of teacher burn-out and seek increased job satisfaction.
By the end of the course, teachers will have acquired greater knowledge about how creativity, improved communication and enhanced relational skills can be effective allies in discouraging school-leaving and dissatisfaction with the scholastic experience.

The course I have attended was well structured and contained interesting information as well as stimulating tasks. It was supplemented by addittional resources that were provided digitally and were easily accessible. The learning atmosphere created by the teacher trainer was very constructive and encouraged critical analyses of all the topics and methods which were introduced. The course provider created opportunities to meet participants from other courses provided by them.

I took part in 2 different courses in Dublin. They were both provided by Europass Teacher Academy and my experience was incredible ! The courses were led by the qualified lecturers and they gave me a lot. The first couse was called Satisfying School Experience and we have spent our time with different activities, including communication games, supporting our creativity, motivation, we have learnt about other cultures and we were able to find out interesting information about the other education systems. And of course we had much fun during the cultural activities and trips (Cliffs of Moher, Galway) which were also provided by the Academy. The second course was called Integrating Creativity and Innovation into Teaching and it was more focused on websites, links, learning apps and tools we can use to innovate the lessons and motivate our students. Again, we have had trips and Dublin walking tour which was offered by the course provider for free. The communication with the Europass Teacher Academy was quick, easy and they were reachable all the time. They were really helpful with the accomodation and all the important information I have asked them for. I would deffinitely recommend the Europass Teacher Academy to all the teachers, who would like to experience an unforgettable week (or two) in Dublin ! :)
