Empowering Diversity in Multicultural Classrooms - 10 Days Course in Copenhagen
This course is for all those who are interested in diversity and how culture shapes our identity as well as how to create a sense of mutual respect and belonging in their classroom. The course will focus on development of intrapersonal, interpersonal and intercultural skills of participants as well as on development of pedagogical competences that can be applied in the classroom. Some other tools which will be used to achieve the course objectives consist of drama and theatre games and techniques, writing assignments, simulations, laboratory practice, reflection and evaluation.
