NGO "Motivated Learning for Everyone" is an association working in the field of education and training of European dimension. Its main objectives are: Building useful partnerships of international cooperation and transfer of experience and good practices; Developing skills to work in an international team and foreign language communication skills; Formation of European and democratic attitude to the European Union; Encouraging and promoting the needs of adult learners for lifelong learning and professional self-improvement; Working on intercultural issues; Forming a sense of active European citizenship; Reinforcing the role of lifelong learning in creating a sense of European citizenship based on understanding and respect for human rights and democracy, and encouraging tolerance and respect for other peoples and cultures; Promoting European cooperation in quality assurance in all sectors of education and training; Working and collaborating with all sectors of the community ( professionals, young people, adults, children, men, women, elderly), and especially those at risk of social marginalization; Promoting social inclusion of young people, pensioners, the unemployed, minorities, the poor and people with disabilities; Improving and developing literacy of adults in various aspects, such as:
- Practical teaching skills, techniques and methodologies;
- Content and presentation of the material in the field of education to literacy;
- Management of institutions/organizations offering literacy courses to adults;
- The aspects of education for adult literacy persons connected with the system and policies.
NGO "Motivated Learning for Everyone" has a reach experience in Life Long Learning Programme, such as preparation of seven Comenius projects - multilateral and bilateral, for primary school; participation in study visits, in EU workshops and seminars. Association has organized and coordinated Comenius and Grundtvig In-Service Training courses in Madrid, Spain, under LLP Programme, and KA1 Erasmus+ Training Courses for School and Adult Education Staff in Spain, United Kingdom, Italy, Czech Republic, France, Ireland, Slovenia, Netherlands, Sweden. NGO "Motivated Learning for Everyone" has received a very positive evaluation as a feedback from all participants of different European countries: teachers from Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Turkey, Macedonia, Romania, Italy, Poland, Finland, Slovakia, Germany, United Kingdom, Sweden, Estonia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Spain, Lithuania, Slovenia.

"Motivated Learning for Everyone" will implement many more already confirmed KA1 Erasmus+ training courses in the period 2018 – 2019 – 2020 in Spain, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Italy, France, Portugal, Netherlands, Sweden, Croatia, Slovenia, Denmark, Finland, Norway, etc. and we are expecting more courses to be confirmed very soon. Our main goal as an Erasmus+ KA1 Course Provider is to help bringing the necessary qualities to the educational work of everybody who exercises the teaching profession, both in School and Adult Education, trying to be helpful in every possible and creative way. NGO "Motivated Learning for Everyone" offers highly skilled staffing resources with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of all stages of education. The Training Staff of MLFE has an international reputation as one of the principal providers of KA1 Teacher Training, located in different European countries. Our International Team of coaches consists of highly experienced trainers in the field of their expertise. MLFE Trainers’ Team includes experts from Belgium, Croatia, Poland, Germany, Turkey, Netherlands, Macedonia, Bulgaria. Almost all of them have a Master's Degree and one trainer has two Bachelor’s Degrees – in different academic disciplines, and a huge experience in working with students and teachers. Our trainers are highly motivated, very enthusiastic about sharing ideas and activities with their European colleagues, very passionate about the development of education and the vast possibilities of using various educational tools to achieve excellence. Our internationally qualified training team is dedicated to working with you to create the best possible training for your school/ organization and to help participants to achieve their teaching/ learning goals. Our trainers read the needs of their audiences very well and when developing and leading in – service training courses, are respectful of participants’ knowledge, capacities, skills, and priorities. Their training style is packed with real-life examples, approachable, patient, inspirational and very understandable with good, concise explanations which are easy to remember in order to implement the theory into the teaching practice after the course finishes.
MLFE staff includes also coordinators from Turkey and Poland. They are strongly motivated and dedicated to their work – helping KA1 applicants and participants during the application process and during the courses’ implementation in order to create a comfortable, effective and friendly learning environment.

The expertise of staff ensures the trainees experience of the highest quality. Our organization sets in motion the teachers’ development as a main priority and we achieve that goal by putting together the theory and practice and helping trainees to realize their important role in the educational process.

- Working on intercultural issues;
- Training of students , adults and seniors in connection with the theory and practice of different activities;
- Forming a sense of active European citizenship;
- Informal education of European senior citizens;
- Training for parents;
- Experimenting with new pedagogical approaches;
- Working and collaborating with all sectors of the community ( professionals, young people, adults, children, men, women, elderly), and especially those at risk of social marginalization;
- Literacy of adults in various aspects, such as:
