The course first focuses on the concept of non-formal learning. From the theoretical statements, it approaches practical examples and the opportunities that informal learning reveals before the qualification in personal and professional terms. specific examples of approaches, learning strategies, organization of the environment are given. Leadership as important to group learning is also included. The ability to plan and the ability to combine formal, informal learning and applied concrete practices with children and adults. One of the doals is to foster excellence in education by equipping teachers and school managers with the needed knowledge and competences to effectively apply non-formal working methods in school settings. Also Exchange best practices and share experiences with participants and staff coming throughout Europe and learn more about the emerging trend of integrating non-formal working methods in formal education pathways

- Concrete opportunities for planning the environment - interactive and motivating
- Guided visit to historical places in the region
Day 5
- The additional benefit of using informal educational methods in a multicultural environment
- guidelines for the implementation of active training, strategies for creating a team
- Practical group work and exercises
Day 6
- Best practices and guidelines for assessment and validation of non-formal and informal learning, strategies for on-site assessment
- Work in groups
- Dinner in a traditional Bulgarian restaurant
Day 7
- Strategies on how to make the training session unforgettable, time to discuss future cooperation and plan follow-up activities,
- Course overview and final assessment
- Validation of learning outcomes and certification ceremony
- Additional training session tailored to specific needs (optional)
- Cultural activities or an additional guided visit to another major Italian city (optional)
- Departure of the participants
