Erasmus+ programme offers a unique opportunity to obtain education, training, development and work experience in another European country and beyond, both inside and outside the classroom. Benefits include personal and professional development, the opportunity to broaden cultural horizons, boost confidence, develop language skills and many more.

During the training, the participants will increase their knowledge about enormous opportunities available in the frame of Erasmus+, different types of projects the schools can take part.

The training we propose aims to develop competences to manage and implement of Erasmus+ projects, open new opportunities to increase participation of your school in this programme to benefit pupils, teachers and non-teaching staff.
The training will give the participants overview of the Erasmus + programme, opportunities available and demonstrate best practice gained in the frame of Youth in Action/Erasmus+.
The training is in the line with the Erasmus+ objectives ‘To enhance cooperation between organisations’ and ‘To enhance capacity to participate in Erasmus+’.
As the result of the training, the participants will understand better how the Erasmus+ is structured and function, what projects they could take part in and will increase their knowledge about all stages of project management.

During the training, the participants will go through all main aspects of project management, will explore best practice experience and pitfalls. Special attention will be paid to quality of each stages, and effective communication with partners.

The training is designed for the education professionals who would like to gain knowledge and skills to manage Erasmus+ projects, explore the opportunities available and to increase participation of their school in the programme.
