Erasmus+ funding opportunities for schools
Erasmus+ is the European Union programme for Education, Training, Youth, and Sport for 2014-2020. It offers schools and other organizations funding opportunities, including support for training courses and teaching assignments for professional development, or for the development of project partnerships. Did you know? The Erasmus+ Opportunities section on the School Education Gateway provides tools and information for schools to prepare their Erasmus+ applications.
In the Erasmus+ funding opportunities for schools course, you will discover different funding opportunities your school can benefit from: Learning mobility of individuals (Key Action 1) and Strategic Partnership projects (Key Action 2). Join us to get inspired and find concrete examples for projects in school education, see practical examples on a whole-school approach to European projects, learn how to use the Erasmus+ Opportunities Tools as a ‘fast track’ to your application, and get tips on preparing a competitive proposal.
The course is of relevance to teachers, school leaders and other school staff interested in applying for such funding, but also to schools and other organisations interested in listing any opportunities they provide. You will not need any prior knowledge of the School Education Gateway platform and its services.
The course is entirely free and is organised as a MOOC-type course, allowing anyone to join. You will receive digital module badges for every completed module of the course as well as a course badge upon completion of the full course. All badges can be exported to the Mozilla Badge Backpack.
The course will be taught in English.
To pre-register on the course, please use this pre-registration form and we will email you when you can register.
