Course Overview:
Successfully managing people within the organization can be a key to success. However, in many work fields it is still underestimated. This course on Human Resources Management (HR) will improve your competencies to motivate and guide the work team towards a strategic objective. It provides a practical guide for anyone who works within and beyond the education sector.

Course Methodology:
The course is structured in 14 thematic modules. Each module incorporates current theories of HR and demonstrates the influence on organization. You will gain new knowledge and skills in group instructional setting by sharing experience, actively participating and discussing role plays and real-job case studies.

The course has been adapted to the expectations I had regarding it. All ITC staff have had an exceptional treatment with special mention to Angelo and Emil who have made a very interesting practical approach to the different modules. The course has been very practical and interactive. It has provided me with some useful tools to apply in my teaching activity. I can say that it has been a very positive experience.

It was very helpful, since it covered all topics I wanted to receive training in. In fact it exceeded my expectations as it offered me valuable insight and personalised training. Furthermore it even covered more areas than I thought it would. The course instructors Emil and Angelo were very knowledgeable and the staff very accommodating. Thank you ITC.

Course was well organized and information given beforehand was sufficient. Staff of ITC was very helpfull before and during the course. Would have liked a bit more structured way of carrying out the modules: content, expected outcome and summary of each module. I was not always sure which module was at hand. Some of the topics e.g. Building Professional Learning Community were covered quite quickly and some topics e.g. Soft Skills for 21st century were covered quite well. There are 12 modules, two school visits and a city tour to be carried out in 40 hours so there is not that much time for each of the modules. Would have been better to leave out some of the modules. Practical exercises and different kind of tests were the best parts of this course for me. With all this said I am quite satisfied with the course.

The course was very well organized: all the necessary information was given before as well as during the course. All the planned activities were fulfilled in a professional and timely manner. The organizers were always available for any question/request. Overall, I was very satisfied.
