The course was attended by a small number of people coming from different countries and different types of schools. Sometimes this aspect was positive, sometimes less positive, especially when I had to put into practice activities that are not meant for teenagers, my target students. But reflecting on that I can say that those moments gave me anyway the chance to revise English by listening the others and communicating with them to carry out the activities. As for the organization, Mr Gallardo has always been present and very quick in solving our problems or answering our questions that came up before leaving for Iceland and while we were there. Besides the organization of the activities was very good. We managed to have a bit of everything.

The training was about CLIL principles, theory and practical methodologies. The course present examples of good practice as well as discussions and experience comparisons. It brought me a clear and precise vision of CLIL approach, with new contexts of learning, and a global perspective, in an intercultural context with all the students from all over Europe. My experience with the course provider brought me what i expected, for instance about designing a CLIL unit, techniques for scaffolding. It has also refreshed teaching my linguistic and skills, in relation with other teachers i shared my experience with, during the course or the cultural activities provided by the compagny.

We found the course very interesting both in content and in the number of contacts made. The organizing company pmserasmus plus, always attentive to our needs and to cover any unforeseen event, knew how to perfectly combine the mornings of the course with afternoons where the participants of different courses were able to share experiences and establish contact for subsequent projects. In our case, these afternoons of excursion through the country supposed a double benefit, since, given the geological interest of the country, they provided vast experiences to apply in the classroom in the matter of Geology. All the knowledge acquired in both CLIL techniques and geology are being applied in our classes from the beginning of this course. We are also in charge of spreading the benefits of our institute's participation in an Erasmus project, and thus prepare our students for the next ka201 where they will be protagonists.
