ABOUT
Teaching and doing trainings is a fascinating field, it creates fulfillment for you as a trainer and it can also be significant for others in their learning. Although the process itself is exciting and dynamic, it requires a lot of different skills, it can be overwhelming and it knows many pitfalls. Here we are offering you the chance to bring your teaching and training skills to another level based on our experience.

The training is designed for teachers and trainers working in the youth field who are already experienced in working with young groups, have their training method and understand the process of creating and delivering a training.

The training aims to challenge the current working methods of the participant and to provide an answer to the following questions:
What do we offer?

* Who am I as a teacher/trainer?
* What are my unique qualities?
* In which direction do I want to develop my method?

* Provocative training
* Unique method for training design
* Somatic aspects on trainership
* Contextual learning

WHAT WILL YOU GAIN AS A PARTICIPANT?

+ Create the role and method of a trainer
+ Create and manage context

LANGUAGE
The training is given in simple and easy to understand English. Translation can also be provided if you inform when you submit your registration form.

ACCOMMODATION
The training takes place in Ommen, the Netherlands and is organized in and around the group accommodation of Olde Vechte Foundation, in the building called Olde Vechte.
In the house there are sleeping rooms that can be occupied by 2 to 5 people and the showers and toilets are common on the ground floor. There is a training room and places for recreation. There is a Wi-Fi connection and a washing machine and a dryer that you can use.

PARTICIPATION FEE
€360 General participation fee
€460 Participation fee for people living in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom
