This course is about school and education leadership.
Focus is to compare school administration with other participants but also to give some hints how to develope school.
Pedagogical, economical and human resource management, how to use these theree parts of management. This course is for all administration staff and also teachers who would like to be principals/ school administration or want to know more about new waves of modern school leadership. Also some ideas how to keep work and personal life in balance.
