We studied how the development of healthy living habits affects our lives and how thoughts and feelings affect behavior. We were introduced to the activities we can carry out in our classes to create healthy habits and routines and activities on how to build strong relationships (among students and between teachers and students). Through interactive activities, we studied the value of developing healthy living habits, positive thinking and strengthening, self-esteem, active listening, giving feedback, problem solving, democracy in decision making and conflict resolution. The organizers were correct, but too many activities were planned and too little time, so most of the activities were done superficially.
