In the beginning of the course a review on the basics of CLL and learning theory has been provided: benefits of CLIL, the Content-Language-Continuum, 5 Cs: Content, Communication, Competence, Cognition, Community, HOTS and LOTS (Thinking Skills), BICS and CALP, Think-Pair-Share, Bloom’s revised Taxonomy (remember, understand, apply, analyze, evaluate, create), Scaffolding (Multidict & Wordlink), Multimodality in teaching, task-oriented learning, cross-curricular approach to teaching, SAMR Puentedura: substitution, augmentation, modification, redefinition; 21st century skills: knowledge (to know), meta-knowledge (to act), humanistic knowledge (to value). We applied the theory by learning to use digital tools for our daily practice at school: Learning Apps (match the pairs, cross-word, simple order, word-search, text with blanks), Edpuzzle, Mentimeter, Puzzlemaker, Vocab.today, presentation tools (Wordart, Canva), Blendspace and Assessment tools (Google-Forms, Evaluation-Rubrics, Peer- and Selfevaluation …). Finally each participant designed a learning scenario on a specific topic using the CLILstore platform. The trainer was very well prepared. She was able to answer even very specific questions about the use of the different digital tools. The collaboration with teachers from different European countries gave me new inspiration and motivation.

I was rather satisfied with the course and the way it was planned and structured. I found the course lecturer to be very professional, willing to go into detail with the course material and patient with every participant, regardless of their digital and language skills. I discovered some new and interesting ideas for using CLIL methodology into my own lessons and a few digital tools that I have already tried in my classroom this school year.

Kurs: "CLIL & ICT tools for teachers working with CLIL" - ETI Malta Podczas kursu otrzymaliśmy dużą dawkę wiedzy oraz sporo przydatnych platform i aplikacji informatycznych, które możemy wykorzystać z powodzeniem podczas zajęć z uczniami.
