The course and the teacher were really great. We worked in groups on a project and all the practical experiences, examples and shared ideas have been extremely interesting. Meeting other teachers is a huge plus, too!

The course was excellent and so the trainer. We explored and discussed CLIL methodology starting from practical experiences and using our communication skills in English. We got very useful materials, tips and tricks to plan CLIL as well as ordinary lessons.

It was an excellent course with an excellent teacher and was useful not only to design CLIL lessons but to design learning units in general. Starting from practical experiences we have reflected at a metacognitive level on tools, practices and skills. Many useful materials were provided and we designed a lesson under the supervision of the teacher. Talking to colleagues from other countries who were attending other courses, we have realised that all courses organised by ETI Malta are of a very good standard. We are very satisfied with our first Erasmus training experience.

The course was very well organized. I particularly appreciated the trainer’s professionalism and proficiency in helping trainees (to) improve their linguistic competence and master the CLIL methodology. The social activities were also well organized and focused on improving the participants’ language skills. The course organizers arranged effective follow-up activities by means of social media or platforms providing viable teaching support materials. The only flaw I wish to point out is related to class group formation. All the trainees in my class worked alongside students of a lower age than mine; I was actually the only high school/ secondary school teacher in the group. As far as I am concerned, it is extremely important to be able to interact with colleagues sharing the same teaching experience and I would strongly recommend considering age and previous work experience before running any course in future.
