• class/lecture/laboratory/workshop

• daily evaluation.

Leisure activities after the training session can be organised on request.

METHODOLOGY
Based on formal, informal and non-formal education, our methodology will try to stimulate active participation, pro-activity, responsibility and sharing of all participants involved. In this way, we aim to build a diverse and stimulating environment for reflecting, working and learning. It has a horizontal and practical approach and will make use of the following tools:
• interactive lessons
• team-building and team-working
• best practice case-studies
• multimedia and web resources
• project based working
• practical laboratory
• brainstorming and focus-group
• role-play
• self and group assessment and evaluation.

Since this course has several features in common with other courses (as you can check on this platform), sometimes participants will be all together, sometimes with some other participants, sometimes alone, depending on the specific programme. In this way we also intend to foster the cooperation and exchange between them all, as well as the knowledge of other school education systems and practices.

PREPARATION
After the confirmation and before starting, we check the previous knowledge and experience of participants, as well as their specific needs related to the topics of our training course. In addition, we will provide some documents and learning contents of our “Library of Methods & Tools” in order to start getting involved in topics and subjects that will be taught.

FOLLOW-UP
All participants are expected to maintain access and communication with the rest of their colleagues as well as with the trainer and participate in useful discussions either through the virtual classroom platform and via e-mail. Trainers and company will also be available for any further questions for a period of 5 months after the end of the course, either through e-mail, virtual classroom platform, individual Skype calls, telephone or WhatsApp. By means of all these tools, we aim to get an effective follow-up, to stimulate peer networking, to keep in touch and to share opinions, experiences and practices for unlimited time.

CERTIFICATIONS
At the end of the course, each participant will be awarded with a certificate of attendance, while the Europass Mobility Certificate will be issued upon request of the sending organisation.

I appreciated this course very much. I learnt mor about the fact that leading a school is much more than being a good manager and I learnt several new ways to teach and to lead the educational community I work with.

Dear Eva, thanks for your feedback. But we don't understand nor agree with it. We sent you some specific materials before starting (Library of Tools) and we gave you other materials during the course. We had a lot of occasions to interact and share. And we offered 5 training sessions, as scheduled. Hence,we invite you to reconsider your feedback and rate. Finally, we want to remind you that you can continue enter to our Edmodo group and that we will be always available to respond your further questions, either through e-mail, Whatsapp, phone, Edmodo or Skype calls. It would be nice if in the next future you can share any output/outcome that you will have realised/achieved thanks to this experience. We wish you a good and productive work with and on behalf of your students. Thanks for coming, Alessandro Gariano & Enjoy Italy team

I strongly recommend AGAINST taking this course. My complaints are as follow: 1 - the course was supposed to last 5 days and in fact lasted only 3: the Friday's visit to La valleta was optional and explained by Alessandro without an itinerary, the first day was our presentation . We were different courses together, no material , he only read a presentation ( very boring), no real exemples about how to manage and organise a school . I have not found much material dedicated to my particular course (Leadership and innovation) - there was one common material for several topic-groups. 5 - group arrangement - The course in Malta was composed of 4 groups: Entrepreneurship, CLIL, ICT, Leadership and innovation, their classes were arranged alternately from morning 9.00-14.00 and 14.00-19.30 and participants were assigned to different teams. As a result only on the first day all 20 participants were together, on the following days they were split into different sub-groups but delivered common material 6 - trainer - should do a training course on teaching adults himself. Did not care to introduce himself properly or provide any professional background. I have not found much material dedicated to my particular course (Leadership and innovation) - there was one common material for several topic-groups. 5 - group arrangement - trainer should do a training course on teaching adults himself. Did not care to introduce himself properly or provide any professional background. Did not organise activities for participants to get to know each other, mingle or break the ice. Did not care about the participants’ needs by organising breaks or energisers. Did not provide space for the participants to ask questions, interact, give feedback. Last but not least it was very difficult to follow and stay focused on his lectures because of his tone of voice and limited command of English. No recommended .

Dear Esther, thanks for your feedback. Here you can find our replies to your poor and MISLEADING description: 1) the course lasted 5 days and had 5 sessions, as scheduled. We had a cultural walking tour with a precise itinerary, with a professional tour leader; 2) We sent you some specific materials before starting (Library of Tools) and we gave you other materials during the course. Specific and different for each course; 3) The presentation of participants in the first day was intended, as you say, to know each other, mingle or break the ice. As well as to share methods, tools and practices and to check the possibilities of future cooperation. It is a pity that you did not take advantage of it! 4) I think I presented myself in a concise but effective way. But you could always ask for more information. Why did not you do that?; 5) I do believe that my command of English is at least as good as yours. Finally, we want to remind you that you can continue enter to our Edmodo group and that we will be always available to respond your further questions, either through e-mail, Whatsapp, phone, Edmodo or Skype calls. Hence,we invite you to reconsider your feedback and rate. It would be nice if in the next future you can share any output/outcome that you will have realised/achieved thanks to this experience. We wish you a good and productive work with and on behalf of your students. Thanks for coming, Alessandro Gariano & Enjoy Italy team
