METHODOLOGY
Based on formal, informal and non-formal education, our methodology will try to stimulate active participation, pro-activity, responsibility and sharing of all participants involved. In this way, we aim to build a diverse and stimulating environment for reflecting, working and learning. It has a horizontal and practical approach and will make use of the following tools:
• face-to-face lessons
• team-building and team-working
• best practice case-studies
• multimedia and web resources
• project based working
• practical laboratory
• brainstorming and focus-group
• role-play
• self and group assessment and evaluation.

Since this course has several features in common with other courses (as you can check on this platform), sometimes participants will be all together, sometimes with some other participants, sometimes alone, depending on the specific programme. In this way we also intend to foster the cooperation and exchange between them all, as well as the knowledge of other school education systems and practices.

PREPARATION
After the confirmation and before starting, we check the previous knowledge and experience of participants, as well as their specific needs related to the topics of our training course. In addition, we will provide some documents and learning contents of our “Library of Methods & Tools” in order to start getting involved in topics and subjects that will be taught.

FOLLOW UP
All participants are expected to maintain access and communication with the rest of their colleagues as well as with the trainer and participate in useful discussions either through the virtual classroom platform and via e-mail. Trainers and company will also be available for any further questions for a period of 5 months after the end of the course, either through e-mail, virtual classroom platform, individual Skype calls, telephone or WhatsApp. By means of all these tools, we aim to get an effective follow-up, to stimulate peer networking, to keep in touch and to share opinions, experiences and practices for unlimited time.

TRAINERS
The entire training catalogue is supported by an international team of experts in project management of European projects. The coordinator and main trainer of the event is Alessandro Gariano: founder and manager of Enjoy Italy, active in education and training as well as local development and destination management; trainer of teachers and for educational organisations (110+ in-services trainings provided, 900+ trainees); youth trainer in the context of non-formal education; project designer, project manager and expert of EU Programmes.

The training contents were interesting and presented digital tools for a blended, flipped learning. The 19 digital tools presented during the training course can help teacher to improve their teaching and learning and make their course more interesting and interactive into the classroom. The training of digital tools in a “live” method with the other participants in the course offered the possibility to ask questions during the implementation of activities and ask for help to the trainer or the other participants. The timetable was satisfied. More hours could make the training tiring. The space was quite good, in the center of Helsinki, near the tram station but there was enough space into the training classroom for the 13 participants with their laptops. The possibility of the use of one printer was important as we could print necessary documents. The visit also to the European school was very important for us as teachers. There was a very good communication between the trainer and us, before, during and after the training.

The training was divided into two parts. In the first part, teachers were able to learn about new educational methods. Their presentation took place through the observation of relevant videos. Afterwards, the participants had the opportunity to pose questions or listen to experiences. The second part focused on workshops, during which various and useful digital tools were presented. After their presentation, the participants had the chance to elaborate each one of them at a practical level and ask questions, while the manager supported each member of the team. The presentation of the tools was coherent, as they were grouped according to their usage. This enabled teachers to compare the various tools and choose the one that meets their requirements. In general, the content of the training responded to the acquisition of digital skills and was related to the title of the learning mobility. The tools presented had a wide variety and responded to all levels of education. Finally, the material was of high quality since it was properly organized, coherent and easy to use. The methods and tools of the course were innovative. Through their practical use, participants have been able to understand how to process them in order to organize an effective and attractive educational lesson. The responsible person was quite supportive and helpful, as his he was well prepared. The organization of the material indicated a high relationship between theory and action. The timetable for the course was earlier announced, resulting good organization and collaboration. The team was aware of the thematic sections that would be processed daily, while the hours of the lessons were not exhaustive. The communication with the responsible person was impeccable, since he was directly responsive to our needs and requirements, while he was always friendly and cheerful. He treated the team courteously and was always willing to help. In general, the Greek team was pleased with this training, as it succeeded in incorporating many of the digital tools into eTwinning projects but also in strategic partnerships. To sum up, the Greek team would certainly suggest this training to other teachers.
