Leisure activities after the training session can be organised on request.

METHODOLOGY
Based on formal, informal and non-formal education, our methodology will try to stimulate active participation, pro-activity, responsibility and sharing of all participants involved. In this way, we aim to build a diverse and stimulating environment for reflecting, working and learning. It has a horizontal and practical approach and will make use of the following tools:
• face-to-face lessons
• team-building and team-working
• best practice case-studies
• multimedia and web resources
• project based working
• practical laboratory
• brainstorming and focus-group
• role-play
• self and group assessment and evaluation.

Since this course has several features in common with other courses (as you can check on this platform), sometimes participants will be all together, sometimes with some other participants, sometimes alone, depending on the specific programme. In this way we also intend to foster the cooperation and exchange between them all, as well as the knowledge of other school education systems and practices.

PREPARATION
After the confirmation and before starting, we check the previous knowledge and experience of participants, as well as their specific needs related to the topics of our training course. In addition, we will provide some documents and learning contents of our “Library of Methods & Tools” in order to start getting involved in topics and subjects that will be taught.

FOLLOW UP
All participants are expected to maintain access and communication with the rest of their colleagues as well as with the trainer and participate in useful discussions either through the virtual classroom platform and via e-mail. Trainers and company will also be available for any further questions for a period of 5 months after the end of the course, either through e-mail, virtual classroom platform, individual Skype calls, telephone or WhatsApp. By means of all these tools, we aim to get an effective follow-up, to stimulate peer networking, to keep in touch and to share opinions, experiences and practices for unlimited time.

TRAINERS
The entire training catalogue is supported by an international team of experts in project management of European projects. The coordinator and main trainer of the event is Alessandro Gariano: founder and manager of Enjoy Italy, active in education and training as well as local development and destination management; trainer of teachers and for educational organisations (110+ in-services trainings provided, 900+ trainees); youth trainer in the context of non-formal education; project designer, project manager and expert of EU Programmes.

Dear Isik, thanks for your comment. And we are glad that you are using what you learnt. To clarify once again: according to our vision and strategy, entrepeneurship education is addressed - at the very least - through: - problem solving, decision-making, planning and leadership: - non-formal education - Ict and blended learning. And, as you said, using "different ways, different methodologies and a set of diverse tools". And this is what we did. While you got a lot of ICT tools because you got two courses (at the price of one)!

I have joined entrepreneurship course in Netherlands between 14-18 April. Course started with cultural sightseeing of Utrecht City is incredibly beautiful. It affects me so much. In the other days workings related to usage of web tools are in average level. Most fascinating Lectures are project design and problem analysis. However, they took so short. They can be last much longer. In the last day, we played Utrecht Bingo which is a entertaining game. I wish that we can play that game in the first day because we can get used to groups and city much faster. When I came Turkey, I played that game’s applications to my students. My teachers Lecturers was great. Thank you for everything…

Our instructor's know-how was good, but we needed plenty of time to get more in-depth knowledge of entrepreneurship. Due to the limited time, feedback has been incomplete and the training has left the product outputs simple and cannot be completed. New educational methods and the use of technology in education have been emphasized in theoretical terms. On the last day, it was very enjoyable to complete the study which contributed to the discovery and learning of the participants. Being unable to attend a school visit was a major shortcoming and disappointment for the educators we had.

Dear Kiymet, thanks for your feedback. We want to underline just one thing: the school visit was realised, as planned, but your group booked an early flight and so you could not assist to it. But it was not our fault! Please consider this. Thanks

Excellent programme, very practical and helpful to see how entrepreneurship and sense of initiative can be fostered and realized. In different ways, using different methodologies and a set of diverse tools. Not least, I appreciated very much to work together with the other participants and to share experiences and visions with them.

The course did not satisfy, to any extent, our expectations and objectives. Regarding the theme we chose – Entrepreneurship Education, we consider that it was not addressed properly at any time during the course. No relevant data was gathered or transmitted for our practice purposes and the methods used in the training were poor, of low scientific level, and were not tailored to fit the group’s needs. We also deeply regret the fact that Strategic Networking between the peers was not stimulated, as the effective sharing of best practices, solid fund of knowledge and experiences are the most important in these kind of projects. We like to share our best practices and we would have liked to acknowledge others’. More hours of training would have been better and much more productive, and we consider that so many themes/subjects put together was certainly not an added value for neither of the groups because the tools used should have promoted and allowed the diversity and interdisciplinary work. The tools were not adequate for entrepreneurship education but for the teachers to prepare their lessons and contents. Another problem was poor communication of knowledge (and lack of experience about the subject of the course) between trainer and the end users and there was also very little flexibility for knowledge sharing and reinforcement of skills among trainees. The documents shared are public documents of European Institutions that anyone can get them easily on the web and are not specifically prepared for the course.

Hello Vera, we are sorry that you did not appreciate our training course, and that (1) you decided to skip one of the sessions! As you could see, (2) in any of the sessions we promoted the dialogue between participants and sharing of your experiences, so why do you say the opposite?! (3) Our training strategy and contents are mainly based on a European framework, and we are proud of this. If we share the ENTRECOMP report, among the other things, why do you say that it is "not specifically prepared for the course"?!

I liked pretty much this big "buble" of inputs, elements, thoughts and reflections coming from different fields and perspective. I liked how Entrepreneurship was presented, combining digital tools, non-formal education and other inspiring methods. Recomended
