METHODOLOGY
Based on formal, informal and non-formal education, our methodology will try to stimulate active participation, pro-activity, responsibility and sharing of all participants involved. In this way, we aim to build a diverse and stimulating environment for reflecting, working and learning. It has a horizontal and practical approach and will make use of the following tools:
• interactive lessons
• team-building and team-working
• best practice case-studies
• multimedia and web resources
• project based working
• practical laboratory
• brainstorming and focus-group
• role-play
• self and group assessment and evaluation.

Since this course has several features in common with other courses (as you can check on this platform), sometimes participants will be all together, sometimes with some other participants, sometimes alone, depending on the specific programme. In this way we also intend to foster the cooperation and exchange between them all, as well as the knowledge of other school education systems and practices.

PREPARATION
After the confirmation and before starting, we check the previous knowledge and experience of participants, as well as their specific needs related to the topics of our training course. In addition, we will provide some documents and learning contents of our “Library of Methods & Tools” in order to start getting involved in topics and subjects that will be taught.

FOLLOW-UP
All participants are expected to maintain access and communication with the rest of their colleagues as well as with the trainer and participate in useful discussions either through the virtual classroom platform and via e-mail. Trainers and company will also be available for any further questions for a period of 5 months after the end of the course, either through e-mail, virtual classroom platform, individual Skype calls, telephone or WhatsApp. By means of all these tools, we aim to get an effective follow-up, to stimulate peer networking, to keep in touch and to share opinions, experiences and practices for unlimited time.

I attended this course in Rome 19.3.—23.03.2019 and it was a very valuable experience. Thank you Alessandro :) I would recommend this course, especially to principals and staff who organize work in schools: advisors, pedagogues, psychologists, coordinators…. The content of the course was comprehensive and very well organised, systematised and explained, presented with the help of useful web tools and apps (explanation of the key competences and the EQF-related documents). The daily schedule covered work with web pages, digital tools and applications (Edmodo, Padlet, Book Creator, wechool, edshelf, tec) useful for many teaching activities and daily work. I appreciated the logical framework approach and the writing of proposals. Different courses were held at the same time. The groups were combined on the basis of content. Every day, groups worked on different content, with members of the group changing. This way we had an opportunity to meet people from nine European countries, resulting in improved communication, exchange of information and contacts, as well as intercultural interaction. What I found especially useful is that in different modules content was connected to innovative teaching methods, with examples of learning through experience (project work). The Rome Bingo outdoor activity was an excellent example of synthesis of all things learned. We had the opportunity to visit the "Liceo Dante Alighieri" school, known as one of the three best schools in Rome. I talked to teachers and students and see how the presented methods were put in practice. I would like to especially commend Alessandro Gariani, for all the useful information and providing answers to my numerous questions; he was of extremely helpful and of great assistance during the preparation phase and the actual course.

This course was really interesing and empowered not only my skills but also my vision of education. I had two courses at the same time, and they were both fully appreciated by me. The new location was very good and attractive and the teacher competent and disposable.

I found relevant the explanation of the key competences and the different documents, which recognized European institutions have elaborated and published, and the list of links (European Schoolnet, Keyconet, ESCO, Skills Panorama) offered by Alessandro. We should also highlight the proposals presented to us, which were already known by some of those present, such as the inverted class or "flipped classroom", blended learning and collaborative learning. To highlight the training day in platforms and applications (Edmodo, Padlet, Genially, Book Creator, WeSchool), which can be useful when working following the philosophy of collaborative learning. The task of problem analysis and project design and management by school management teams has been very well thought out and put into practice. Roma Bingo" activity applying everything learned, from collaborative work to problem solving using the logical framework approach. Not forgetting the digital tools - excellent! Productive and fruitful visit to the "Liceo Statale Terenzio Mamiani" where we were received very kindly. The visit also served to establish contacts in order to carry out joint exchange projects, cooperation and even Erasmus+ KA2 mobility projects. As a formative experience, I would like to place on record how interesting the contents worked on in each of the sessions were. Grazie Alessandro

No attention paid to existing knowledge or knowledge needs of clients. Several courses were in the room at one time with no other course leaders, therefore content was often irrelevant. Most of our time was spent on a computer looking at apps or websites that bore no relevance to school leadership. Very tenuous links were made to school leadership in all areas of the course. No school visits, which was extremely disappointing. Complaint made to Enjoy Italy during the course, without a satisfactory conclusion. Formal complaint made to Erasmus. This course did not meet our needs and we left with nothing other than frustration! We will not be using this company again.

Hello Angie, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry you were not satisfied with our course and also for your very negative rate. But we realised almost all things that were stated in the programme of the course, that according to our vision and methodology are pretty much related to school leadership. We hope that finally you can understand this, and turn this into your everyday practice. Regards, Alessandro Gariano

This course was a great experience for me. I came home with a lot of ideas. I have learned that, if you want, you can study/learn anytime and anywhere. You must be open and able to transfer the information. In the workshops I learned different non-formal methods and I accessed new applications on my computer.
