Coaching and Taking a Coaching Approach in Education - 5 Days Course in Barcelona
This course is for all those who want to experience and learn to learn about helping their peers and learners to maximize their potential through coaching. Participants will have the opportunity to get to know the theoretical background as well as go through a series of practical exercises in order to develop skills for active listening, questioning and providing feedback. A strong focus will be on peer coaching and taking a coaching approach in educational context. Participants are expected to have at least B1 level of English proficiency.
