The purpose of good communication is to get the right message to the right people in the right way. It sounds simple, but many people fail to organize their communications properly, leading to misunderstanding, frustration and missed opportunities. More than ever before, its importance is heightened by the fact that the whole world has now become a global village due to the development of modern technology. The place of effective communication is so central and indispensable in the classroom teaching and learning process. Teachers in the classroom require effective communication skills in marshaling his/her points before learning that could lead to the attainment of educational aims and objectives in the school can take place.
This course expands the participants’ ability to focus on their outcome, tune in to their audience and develop their message for clarity and impact. The ability to create an environment for open discussion and ongoing dialogue is crucial for communication success. Transactional Analysis (TA) is a model for understanding human behavior, communication and relationships. It was originally developed in the 1950s by the late Eric Berne, MD and is beneficial for effective communication, as a person understands their communication with self while identifying the personality of another

- Objectives
By the end of this course, the participants will be able to interact more effectively with their customers, peers, subordinates, superiors and significant others. They will practice on how they can listen actively and empathetically and how they will communicate with assertiveness. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to apply the TA theory to their own behavior and the behavior of others in the group
