Rating: 0/5

After completing the course the participants will have a theoretical and practical comparative understanding of the implementation of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in education, and ESD’s contribution to learning outcomes which both meet curriculum requirements and learning for a more sustainable world.

This course will provide participants with the opportunity to
• Increase the understanding of Education for Sustainable Development, including different perspectives on ESD and its contribution to a meaningful curriculum in different contexts.
• Gain new ideas and resources, and improve skills for engaging learners which enhance the learning process and contribute to basic skills and wider outcomes for schools.
• Network and share practice with a range of partners from different education contexts within Europe, and identify opportunities for future collaboration.

The course is full board and includes six nights of accommodation. Excursions and study visits will be embedded to enrich experiences and learning, and to provide a cultural experience as added value. See the detailed programme day-by-day on the course website.
