The course: Stress and conflict menagement were conducted in a professional manner. A large part of the classes was conducted in a acttivities brainstorm method. Solving problems together was a great opportunity to exchange ideas and views among people from different places in Europe. During the classes I learned how to define stress, I know its causes and effects and I can deal with it. I know how to be an assertive person and how to solve conflicts wisely. The knowledge I gained will certainly pay off in contacts with students, parents and teachers. The course inspires you to conduct better and more interesting activities. On the other hand, contacts with other course participants will help in the implementation of further educational projects and cooperation between schools. Additionally, thanks to the hospitality of our hosts - Ela, we had the opportunity to get to know the culture of Italy: history, art, Italian cuisine and customs. If someone wants to develop, gain new knowledge and skills and spend time in a beautiful place and great company, this is definitely a course for him !!!

W sposób łatwy i zrozumiały przekazywali niezbędną wiedzę dotyczącą kursu. Zajęcia nie były monotonne. Prowadzący dbali o aktywność uczestników, po każdym bloku teoretycznym były blok aktywizujący uczestników. Zajęcia były ciekawe i dały dużo niezbędnej wiedzy, którą można wykorzystać podczas pracy z dziećmi.
