In this session, the latter part giving insights into coaching was just amazing, professional, hands on and well balanced. The first part with Relationship awareness theory and conflict solving wasn't quite as well built, but that was made up with the outstanding overall organization of the course and the warm welcome we received.

(The course ended 15.07.2017) This course was really useful and well structured. I got knowledge of the basics of peer coaching, a lot off practical exercises. I´ m using powerful questions now on a daily basis both with colleagues and pupils.
