For the third year is arranged this appreciated training course on to understand, to gain new ideas and resources, and to improve methods and skills for educating for sustainable development in teaching and learning in practice.

After completing the course the participants will have a theoretical and practical comparative understanding of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), and be equipped with teaching and learning components that both meet curriculum requirements and learning for a more sustainable world.

The course will provide participants with the opportunity to
• Increase the understanding of Education for Sustainable Development, including its contribution to a meaningful curriculum in different contexts.
• Gain new methods, ideas and resources, and improve skills for engaging learners which enhance the learning process and contribute to basic skills and wider outcomes for schools.
• Network and share practice with a range of partners from different education contexts within Europe, and identify opportunities for future collaboration.

The course is full board and includes six nights of accommodation. Excursions and study visits will be embedded to enrich experiences and learning, and to provide a cultural experience as added value. See the detailed programme day-by-day on the course website.
