Various apps and tools were presented in the course and their possibilities for use in the classroom or for class preparation were discussed. The participants had enough time to try them out and were supported by our teacher Iacopo in case of questions and problems. In addition, the course also discussed which social and cultural changes result from the increasing use of digital media. Thus, it was not only about application-oriented questions, but also about the critical reflection of media development. In my opinion, this is also necessary and useful in such advanced training courses - we teachers also have to take this aspect into account in our teaching and must therefore deal with these questions again and again. Our teacher Iacopo was very competent, the course content and the chosen tools were meaningful and well-structured, and there were enough opportunities for the course participants to exchange ideas with each other. Another highlight was the guided tour through Florence with the focus on "Art and Influence of the Medici" - our guide (a teacher from Europass, not a professional guide) was very competent!

It was my first course in our KA1 so I had very high expectations. Lorenzo was a great teacher, he was asking, sharing, giving advice all the time. He gave us a lot of new ideas, apps and activities for all tipe of students. We enjoy a lot with the group and with the teacher. I would do the course again if I could! I would recommend this course to anyone interested in learning more about technologies in the classroom!!

I am really surprised about the excellent ratings for the course. These points (written in the desciption of the course above) weren't part of the course: - Building awareness about ethical issues related to Social Media and Web Platforms; - Managing privacy settings for a safe use of Social Media. Some of the other points written above in the description took only little time of the course. Mainly the course was about "Here is the next app / sharing plattform, please register and try it out." If you would have given me a list with all the apps, it would took my five hours time to try them out and to reflect about if and how to use them in my classroom, especially because I knew several apps and programms before. Being in the course was wasting time and especially wasting European tax money. Hands off, if you already use youre tablet or smartphone in classroom! I think the course is good for people who have no previouse knowledge about the topic. For those beginners Iacopo is doing a good job! But not for me. I recommend Europass to split up the course in two groups: beginners and advanced learners.

I'm sorry if you think this about the course! It is always difficult to satisfy everybody's needs, every educator knows this truth. All the points were actually respected, but this is not the space to discuss about it. I only want to say that it is a pity to hear this from you just after the course and not during the week; if we have had a constructive dialogue we would have found a solution together. Anyway we will consider your review and will try to do better, because we firmly believe that nobody should stop growing, especially teachers. So thank you for your review Deborah, hope you will try Europass again with better results. iaco.

I chose this course not only because I was interested in learning about digital apps and programs but also because a friend of mine had attended it last year and she was highly satisfied with it. I can now say that my grade of satisfaction is really high as I have learnt many new apps that I can use in order to motivate my students to study Shakespeare´´´´ s language. I must say "thank you" to Iacopo, the teacher, because he´´ s done a very good job this week. It has been a great experience!!!

I have recently attended this course and I am really satisfied with the results. I have to admit that I didn't have any knowledge about apps which could be used to enhance students' motivation in class and now I have tones of them not only for me but also for my colleagues at school. The teacher, Iacopo, was excellent! He perfectly knew what he was teaching and the course was very constructive. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in learning more about technologies in the classroom!!

The reason why I chose this course was my lack of skills when dealing with new technologies resources to be implemented in class. In spite of my little knowledge I had a great time learning with Bullent about new technologies applied to smartphones and tablets. He was very patient and persistent. From the very beginning there was a good environment among participants and Bullent, the teacher. All of the members of Europass staff were very kind and helpful so that we could feel comfortable all the time. I am glad with my choice!

I was in Florenece from 9th October to 14 October 2017. I took this course because I wanted to improve my digital skills. I want to learn some new applications which I can use in my teaching (I am teaching Math). The course was very interesting and useful. Teacher Ilaria is very educated and nice. The course was in English, but even if you are not so good in English, you can understand everything. I highly recommend this course.

It was an excellent course with a lot of inspiring things to learn. Our trainer Mario did a very good job, was always friendly and had a lot of skill and patience. I profit from the stay for my work and it is also helpful that also after the course we can ask questions in case of need. Fully satisfied with the course. It was also good, to start with an introduction of the participants, the presentation of their work and the respective school systems. This may contribute to a better mutual understanding of the European nations. U.K.
