The organizing staff was friendly and helpful with invoicing, giving information and food ordering. The trainer seemed to be an experienced, qualified, easygoing and relatively open person. On the other hand, there were a few things I missed that could have contributed to a more enjoyable training experience: - Instead of giving the space and time for participants after activities, the conclusions were often told to us by the trainer which left me with the need for a higher level of autonomy. - The 5-day training ended on day 4 and there were no afternoon sessions scheduled. I believed this hindered group dynamics and also limited the materiel participants could cover. - I really enjoyed to time I could spend with other participants outside the training. We enjoyed sightseeing, personal and professional discussions, and the above mentioned gave us a good base to reflect on EQ, being sensitive and emphatic and also on what makes a training 'good'. I really wish these things were somehow better controlled given the fact EU funds and my personal time were wasted on this event. I also hope other participants reviewed this training as well because most of them seemed to have enjoyed the activities and the days altogether, thus a more balanced review would be available for future applicants.
