COURSE BACKGROUND AND COURSE OVERVIEW: The 21st Century Skills is a new, and that shows an importance in the modern days. So, people need to seek for the knowledge instead of having and storing it. Seeking out is more useful than the knowledge itself. Then, they need to learn how to use the knowledge in its own place, rather than only having it. These make people self-reliant and competent in any case. In addition, they will have the skills of solving problems on their own. People have to courage of critical thinking, creative thinking, communication skills, seeking and inquiry based, and the system have to approve the individual thinking, besides. Students do not need to encyclopaedical knowledge, they need to practical knowledge by seeking, researching, Also, using ICT, entrepreneurship, language skills, are also important in the students’ age of being individuals. So, teachers have to teach how they can acquire and provide the knowledge that are the techniques and methods for based on cooperation and collaboration, and the most important main skills in the 21st Century to their students in the lessons.
The school managers and teachers have to provide these 21st Century Skills to their students in order to be adequate and experienced persons in their professional lives. So, taking this education will be useful for their vocational progress. So, the course will be included with the 21st Century Skills, and they have to improve them.
COURSE OBJECTIVES: -Realize the life-long learning -Improve the quality of the education system -Encourage people for equality, the social harmony and active citizenship -Raising the entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovative activities in all the levels of education.
CONTENT AND METHODOLOGY: The course will be contented with the 21st Century skills and methods for students. Students have to have the innovation, technological, research, individually improvement, etc. This education will encourage the students and teachers to support life-long learning and the professional improvement. These will be all provided with the 21st Century Skills Education courses, and sessions. The methodology of the course will be as follows: First of all, the education of using technological tools will be useful in this topic. The use of ICT and modern technology provides many innovative skills for students and the education system. So, the ICT education model will be one of the most important focuses between the 21st Century Skills education methods. Then, the second focus will be on the language education. Learning a foreign language is an important issue, and it is related to a skill that a person has. A person learns a language, he will be more improved than he is. So, learning a language can be called as a personal skill as an individual. ICT introduction, language education, cooperation-based learning and all of the education contents will be useful for the improvement of the 21st Century Skills education.

3RD DAY (09:00-15:00) -Digital resources, ICT -Their contributions to the education systems -EU citizenship, EU consciousness, and democracy -Their relationship with the 21st Century skills for students Coffee Break -The career plans for the future jobs and their relations with technology -Improving new skills for the future jobs of children
