This course is for all those who want to learn about initiative, leadership, coaching and gamification in order to develop entrepreneurship competences of their learners. The course will focus on the biological, psychological and social aspects of motivation and leadership. Participants will have the opportunity to get to know the theoretical background as well as go through a series of practical exercises in order to develop skills for development of motivation, initiative and leadership.
