FU International Academy Tenerife

Formación FU Tenerife employees 22 staff including teachers and administrative personnel. It is based in Puerto de la Cruz, in the north of the island and specializes in language teaching, especially “Spanish for Business” and “Spanish for Tourism and Administration”, and the organization of vocational training internships as well as the realization of mobility projects.

Beside our daily business of teaching Spanish to foreigners, we specialised in several additional fields of education and gained much experience in the organisation of over 70 EU funded international mobility projects in the frame of Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig and now Erasmus+.

Since 2004 the FU International Academy has it’s own online marketing department working as agency specialised in educational marketing with international clients and own website projects. In 2010 the school began to offer online marketing training courses under the brand name “SEOintheSUN”.

The non-private sector of the school also worked in previous years in cooperation with the Canarian Employment Service (SCE) and various employment agencies providing courses for the unemployed and training for those already in employment.

As a Spanish language school, the FU Internationa Academy Tenerife is officially recognized by the Cervantes Institute which guarantees the quality of Spanish teaching in educational centers around the world.
