EDUPLUS Association is the NGO that initiated the TENERIFE COURSES consortium, a network of various NGOs, schools and educational professionals that offer innovative and high quality ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility training courses specially designed to meet the needs of teachers and staff from educational centers from Europe.

Our methodology is based on active learning and it is highly participative and practical. We teach using Experiential learning, Collaborative learning, Art-based learning, Garden-based learning and outdoor education.

We organize courses and job-shadowing visits on:
- sustainability, environmental issues, climate change etc.
- outdoor education
- multiculturalism,
- diversity,
- bullying
- drama and theater,
- creative teaching techniques,
- experiential learning methodologies,
- gender equality,
- STEM and science,
- soft skills
- languages etc.

Through our courses and visits, teaching and non-teaching staff can benefit from professional development abroad, boost in motivation and new inspirational ideas while learners can benefit from new and improved teaching practices. We value human connections and our approach is personal and semi-formal.

We provide the participants with a set of practical exercises, experiments, case studies, games and role plays that they can adapt to a wide variety of topics. In our courses, we emphasize the use active learning methods in order to enable the teachers to start using the new skills immediately in their work and increase the motivation of students.
