Being a woman...K229

Published: 28.11.2019

Hi everybody,
We want to implement a K229 project about gender equality.
Women come across discrimination, harassment and violence in many parts of the world. We are going to discuss all these hardship as regards scool, work and social life.
4-5 partners from different parts of Europe is preferable so as to compare these issues in various geographic and demographic aspects
The outputs we have thought are within literature, ( such as a drama acted out by students) , a magazine including surveys, questionnaires of students about the subject, posters drawn by students, video interviews done by lots of women of all ages and status.
However we are open to all ideas regarding to outputs and activities. There will be mobilities to each partner’s country with 2-3 teachers and 5-6 students
If you want to be a partner, please give info about your possible impact for this project, why you should be a a partner, your experience in Erasmus projects, your school etc
Thanks in advance

All the tasks will be discussed and decided together

We are a group of teachers from La Concepcion school in Zaragoza, Spain interested in taking part in your Erasmus+ project. We find your proposal very appealing and would like to join in your project. This would be our first time in an Erasmus+ project, but we offer a group of highly motivated teachers and enthusiastic students eager to engage in an enriching exchange of experiences with schools all over Europe. Our school offers a wide educational program to a total of 300 students from 3 to 16 years old and we have some experience about working on gender quality projects and nowadays we are developing a gender equality plan for the whole school. The school is located in Zaragoza, a town about 600,000 inhabitants which offer a range of services (transportation, health, cultural and leisure) you can enjoy typical and modern gastronomy in a variety of restaurants, go shopping in one of the biggest shopping centres in Spain or visit museums, and other historical sites, some of them dedicated to women who made important achievements in our history and lives. In addition to this, Zaragoza is strategically situated between Madrid and Barcelona which makes it a very interesting place to visit. If you are interested, please contact me. My email address is: mjose.paracuello@colegiosfec.com
