Job shadowing
Hello. I am a teacher from Serbia, teaching English as a second language and often using technology in teaching. Our school is a primary and lower secondary and our students are 7 to 15 years old. We have over 700 students but in several facilities. As of this year, one of these facilities is organizing classes so that students attend school from 7:40 a.m. to 3 p.m. In Serbia, most schools organize their work in such a way that half of the students attend school by around 1 pm and the other half in the afternoon. Only recently some schools with enough space organize classes from 8 am to 3 pm or 4 pm. We would like to visit a school (or even two) that organizes work in this way which is common in Europe and to find out more about the activities being carried out, teaching practices, innovative methodologies, project-based learning, time management in general, using ICT in teaching, etc in order to improve our work. We have experience in eTwinning, but not in KA1 projects. However, we have formed a team at school for future Erasmus projects and we plan to apply for a KA1 project.
Those willing to be our partner should briefly write about how teaching is organized in your school. We would like to observe your lessons and school activities in general for a couple of days and to exchange ideas, of course. If there are more offers, our principal will decide about the partner. If you have any questions, feel free to write to me.
Looking forward to your offers

Dear Filomena, Thank you for your offer we are flattered. However, our students are much younger, so we are not sure our organizations would be compatible. Thank you anyway and good luck with your search!
