Hi. We are a Childhood and Primary Education Concerted School (3 to 12 years) located in Madrid city center. We belong to a foundation of 17 schools working in a network throughout the country. Since 2015 we belong to the Community of Madrid Bilingual Schools network. Four years ago, we have started a pedagogical renewal process, introducing ICT and new methodologies in our classrooms: cooperative work, project-based learning, Singapore Math Model Method, multiple intelligences... We are looking forward an exchange of job shadowing with other European centers, in which we can share good practices and methodological innovation. We advocate that exchange programs encourage the development of a series of positive changes such as an increased appreciation of cultural diversity, an increased self-confidence and the development of independent thinking among other factors. Please, contact us in:

Hi! We are a bilingual school located in Murcia (southeast of the sunny Spain). We read your post and we loved your offer. We are looking for a school to do job-shadowing during the 2018-2019 academic year as part of our K1. We are sure it would be a great experience to grow in fields such us innovation, reading methods, language learning and creativity. Our students are aged 3-16 years all and, apart from English lessons, they learn some of their subjects in English. Our staff is quite compromised with collaborative work and we are willing to discover and add new strategies with your help. Needless to say you would be more than welcome if you wanted to come and visit us at any time. I am sure we can both learn a lot from each other. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are interesting. Best regards.

Hi. I am a physics and history teacher Laima from Lithuania. I am the coordinator of the KA1 project, "The Future Where Today". I'm looking for a partner who can take us to a job observation visit. The idea of the project is the use of innovative work methods and methods for working with students without learning motivation, improving the quality of the lesson. I work a lot with new technologies, lesson gamification. I can share my experience. We can also host your school team for a job monitoring visit to your school. If you are interested in our offer, write to me. Regard

We are a public primary school in the outskirts of Segovia, Spain with 200 students and 24 teachers. Our school has a great programme related to the center’s library in which we enroll all the educational community to read and to reflect into their emotions. This year we have started a living together-plan in which we are working together towards stablishing moments to share with our partners, no matter the age. This way we prettend to achieve a more integrated learning. We are always investigating new methodologies and techniques which can help us to make our teaching improve. With this aim, we are going to apply for a KA1 Erasmus+ proyect in order to form ourselves towards interculturality and living together. This project will include job shadowing movility (from 3 to 14 days long) so that we are looking for partner school where to visit so that we can discover other ways of working cultures, diversity and inclusión. We can offer teaching experience so that we show your students or staff our culture, traditions, language or techniques and programmes related to conflic solving and emotions. If you are interested in hosting us at your school or asking us for teaching experience do not hesitate in contacting me for more information or details.
